Welcome to ridingforjesus.org, the website for the Breaking Through Prison Ministry.

The Lord appointed a very special group of people who have been called to this ministry. We are from all walks of life with our own stories. Many of us use our bikes (motorcycles) as a tool to tell others what Jesus has done for us and what He can do for them.

The bottom line is: we are only His servants, going where He sends us. When we accept Christ as our Savior, we are commissioned to go out and tell others about Him, spread His Word. Some tell family and friends, perhaps from a pulpit. Others may proclaim the good news from the streets. We have been called to also take the gospel to the men and women inside prison walls. We do this simply because of Christ’s great love for us, and our desire to spread that love to others.

If you are being called to this prison ministry, let us know. Pray about where He would have you serve. God made all of us different. If you are not called to this ministry, please keep us in your prayers.

Enjoy the website. We pray you are blessed by it, and if you have any question about where you will spend eternity, let us know. There is only one way to have eternal salvation. Will you have it? Do you know that you know? See 1 John 5:11-12 for the answer. The way? By faith, not works (Eph.2:8). It’s a free gift, the price already paid over 2000 years ago.

ps. As of January 1, 2009, the facilities we minister in have been divided into 3 areas by geographical location. A team leader has been assigned to each geographical area. The following is a listing of how prisons are divided up:

Northern area team leaders: Ken and Debbie Stone.  Prisons: Westville Correctional, Michigan City, South Bend Juvenile, and Chain O'Lakes.

Central area team leaders: Todd and Debbie Wolfe.  Prisons: Indiana Women's Prison, Plainfield, Pendleton Correctional Facility, Pendleton Juvenile.

Southern area team leader: Ron Kirkwood.     Prisons: Wabash Valley Correctional Facility, Branchville Correctional Facility.
